‘With The End In Mind’

Hello!

I’m delighted that you’re interested in exhibiting at our next “With The End In Mind” event which is being held at GreenAcres Colney Living Memorial Park on Saturday 7th June 2025.

This event is unique, yet very much needed.

My vision is to bring experienced practitioners and professionals who work within the end of life, death and funeral professions in a space together with those individuals and families who are facing this time in their lives. or who, maybe, are just curious about the choices that would be available to them at some point in the future.

Under one roof, so to speak.

In essence, it’s an opportunity to showcase the work that you do and how you might make a difference to individuals and families who are perhaps faced with difficult times ahead. Maybe, they’ve just received a life limiting diagnosis themselves, or a loved one has had a catastrophic, life changing injury, maybe an elderly relative is becoming noticeably more frail and is needing more care.

The scenarios are endless really . . . and we can only imagine what some people are facing.

The thing is that you and I are in the position to be able to help them. Whatever our work is.
And I know that we are all passionate about supporting others - as, otherwise, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do.

So, this event is all about bringing you together.

You and your work.
In a collaborative, non competitive sort of way.

And those that might have need of you . . . now, or at some point in the future.
Enabling them to meet you, learn about what you offer ask their questions and ascertain if you match who and what they are looking for.

Within a relaxed environment.

I’ve chosen this location as I believe it’s the the perfect ‘follow - on’ from our successful Swaffham event which was held in January of this year. Taking all the learnings I’ve received from feedback I feel that moving to this beautiful location offers an exciting and expansive opportunity to create an event that will be so helpful for those that visit.

GreenAcres Colney Living Memorial Park is a large natural burial woodland that lies on the outskirts of Norwich with very easy access to the A47.

There is plenty of space to welcome a large number of exhibitors without feeling overcrowded and there will also be the opportunity for a number to share mini workshops, or perhaps give talks, during the day.

The woodland in all her bluebell glory will be available for visitors to explore as well as providing a peaceful space for reflection and it is my hope that those exhibitors who offer wellness techniques might take the opportunity to share something suitable with those who are interested.

My aim is to provide an event that offers a full, diverse yet balanced range of local exhibitors - those who are there supporting individuals and their families throughout the whole period that extends through end of life, death, funerals and after this time too.

I have created a brief application form (which you can find below) so that an interesting balance can be achieved on the day and would recommend you complete it at your earliest convenience.

If you have any questions in the meantime, about anything (including costs) please ping me an email

I look forward to hearing from you and hope, very much, that you will be a part of this day.

All best wishes, Annie

Organising events such as this is part of my ‘mission’ to enable people to see what choices they have available to them and to promote the all important conversations around death.

As such, it is a ‘free to the public’ event and, to enable this, there will be a fee associated with exhibiting here.
This will be used, purely, to cover any running costs - such as advertising, hire of equipment, insurances etc. as well as making a donation to GreenAcres Colney Living Memorial Park’s
chosen charity for 2025.

It is
not being run for personal gain.

In this way, it’s my wish to keep the costs as low as possible enabling all businesses (large or small) to see the value in attending.

Please note :
One of the learnings that I have taken forwards from the Swaffham event . . . comes from a number of ‘no shows’ that happened on the day.
Which was disappointing for sure.

To minimise the risk of this happening again, there is a non refundable deposit of £20 payable on booking.
